Bossier City, LA — August 29, 2025  — The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA), a pioneering force in post-high school football development, is proud to introduce its unique and rapidly growing organization to new audiences across the region. Established in 2019 and based in Bossier City, Louisiana, the NLFA is redefining the football experience for young men seeking to continue their athletic journey while preparing for life beyond the field.

The NLFA is a nine-man developmental football league designed specifically for recent high school graduates and athletes who are not pursuing a traditional college football path. It offers an affordable, structured, and highly competitive environment that bridges the gap between high school and the professional ranks. Each spring, NLFA teams compete in a condensed, fast-paced season hosted at three hub locations across the Ark-La-Tex region.

New Format, Same Mission

Under its latest format, the NLFA owns and operates eight regional teams, simplifying operations while ensuring consistent quality across the league. This model provides centralized support for athletes and coaches, while fostering parity and development at every level. Games are designed to showcase individual talent, build teamwork, and generate film and statistical data that can be shared directly with college programs, professional teams, and scouts.
