Veterans Upward Bound

PURPOSE: To provide academic and support services to eligible Veterans. These services will be provided to assist Veterans in reaching their academic goals. 

SERVING THE FOLLOWING PARISHES: Bienville Bossier Caddo Claiborne DeSoto Veterans Upward Bound is federally funded by the United States Department of Education. 

Services are FREE. Eligibility restrictions apply.
