Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collecting co-pays and deductibles
- Scheduling procedures/surgery
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in
- Answer telephone
- Verifying insurance
- Obtaining prior authorization
- Scanning documents
- Medical records
