QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must obtain a valid Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred; if not currently licensed, must obtain within 180 days.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
