Our F&B Manager will be accountable to our GM and Visionary and will participate in issue processing at weekly leader operations meetings and lead regular line operations meetings. You will be working with a passionate team of managers and staff in the fast-paced world of bowling, entertainment & dining. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, directing and leading a team of 15-20 kitchen and service crew.

Qualified candidates will have both back and front of the house experience—at least 3 years of each preferred, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Fast casual or casual dining experience is preferred, banquet service experience very helpful. Menu and recipe development experience required, along with outstanding communication and leadership skills. ABO card, Serve Safe Manager and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications required. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is needed. Your willingness to work our busiest shifts including nights and weekends is essential.

We offer: $50-65K plus annual bonus incentive pay plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana medical, dental and vision premiums paid 75% by the Company, $20K group term life paid 100% by the Company, vacation, and personal time off.
